Please ensure you have read all information below prior to registering. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer / deposit.

Please Note: Member rates may be claimed by fully financial members of AAG and NZAG. The Conference Member Code is needed for AAG/NZAG member rates. Access it by logging into your AAG account via the AAG website and/or refer to emails from AAG. To view instructions on where to find your code please CLICK HERE

Full registration includes:

-Welcome Reception Wednesday evening
- Access to all conference sessions
- Day catering on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Access to exhibition area with art displays and posters
- Dinner ticket for Thursday evening
- Closing celebration

Member rates may be claimed by fully financial members of AAG and NZAG. A code is required to claim member rates, please refer to emails from AAG.

*** Non Member rates include one years membership for AAG.

* Early Career Researcher is anyone who meets the Australian Research Council definition of an Early Career Researcher /Practitioner, being the first five years full time equivalent post PhD, taking into account career interruption.

**Student registration rates may be claimed by current students (full or part) undergraduate or postgraduate students in an area related to ageing (verification of student status may be required)

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will only be accepted in writing by emailing aag@theconferencemanager.com.au. Cancellations received in writing on or before 30 September 2026 will be subjected to a refund less 25% admin fee.  After this date, we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting the registration, you are agreeing to these conditions.

Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of one nights accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid (full payment will be required).
