Registration includes:

Payment may be made via direct deposit (invoice) or Credit Card (fees apply)

Payment
Registrations without full payment via credit card or a school purchase order number will NOT be processed. To qualify for “members’ rates” you must be a current financial Active Education Australia Member.  

Upon receipt of registration, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or prior to the event start date. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 14 days from date of the tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the event, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Active Education Australia at events@activeeducationaustralia.edu.au or by contacting 03 9274 8900.

If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate and transfer your registration to another person at no charge, provided the request is made in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event.

To the extent permitted by law:

(a) cancellation requests will be considered up to 14 days prior to the event where transferring the registration is not appropriate;

(b) if a refund is approved, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply;

(c) no refunds will be approved within 14 days of the event, unless the event is cancelled by Active Education Australia; and

(d) non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all accommodation fees payable.

Active Education Australia reserves the right to waive any of the above cancellation charges at its discretion.
