Tim Hatzi is the Senior Participation Coordinator at Softball Victoria, with a Bachelor of Sports Administration and Business Management and extensive experience in community sport and over 14 years working in Softball. Tim is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging participation opportunities and works closely with clubs, schools, and volunteers to grow the game across Victoria.

With strengths in program development and delivery, club development, and community engagement, Tim has played a key role in developing junior initiatives like Home Run Heroes and supporting sustainable pathways from schools to clubs.

At the ACHPER Conference, Tim will deliver a hands-on session showcasing striking and fielding activities that teachers can easily integrate into PE programs to build skills, confidence, and enjoyment.
