Biography
Vicki has held the Director of Sport position at Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School since 2001, dedicating her career to fostering movement, confidence, health, and fitness among students by actively promoting participation in the wide range of sporting opportunities available.
In 2025, she co-authored a research paper titled, A Decade of Impact: Sustainability and Effectiveness of 10 Years’ Continuous Delivery of a Motor Competence Program in a girls’ secondary school. She also continued her partnership with Deakin University’s Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) as part of an AI platform trial, Moving the Next Generation, which assesses fundamental movement skills.
Vicki’s vision is to provide an extensive and inclusive sports program that inspires students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity as they progress through school and beyond. She values the camaraderie that school sport fosters and recognises the memories and friendships it creates.
Actively involved in many aspects of school life, Vicki is a current member of Girls’ Sport Victoria (GSV) and the Victorian Inter Schools Advisory Group (VISAG) with Snow Australia. She has previously served on the Victorian Olympic Council Education Commission, managed community programs for the YMCA and volunteered as a Sports Trainer with a local football club.
Beyond teaching, Vicki maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying tennis, snowboarding, running, bushwalking and travel. Passionate about sport and education, she is committed to helping young women discover activities they can enjoy well beyond their school years.
