Lee is a Lecturer in Health and Physical Education at the University of Melbourne. Prior to this she was engaged in roles at RMIT University in the Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) and Education Degrees. With a career spanning over 30 years in Physical Education, Sport and Wellbeing, Lee is highly recognised and awarded in her field. Having collaborated closely with many of the major educational and advocacy bodies for education and sport in Australia, she is highly sought after as a writer, presenter and speaker, both nationally and internationally. Lee is a qualified Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Practices Expert, using her skills to assist others through well-being practices and performance coaching. Lee is also the author of numerous educational resources and co-author of award-winning books.
