Damien Orr is the Growth Coordinator for Lacrosse Australia, driving the sport’s growth across schools, clubs, and communities nationwide. A former Australian representative, Damien has played, coached, and led lacrosse programs internationally.
He worked as a Development Officer for English Lacrosse, coached at Oxford University, and served as Master in Charge of Lacrosse at Stowe School in the UK. Damien also led the German Women’s National Team at two World Cups and played U.S. college lacrosse at Limestone University.
In Australia, he continues to be an active player and committee member at the Williamstown Lacrosse Club in Melbourne. Passionate about making lacrosse fun, accessible, and inclusive, Damien plays a key role in national programs such as Quick Stix, university development, and inclusive formats like wheelchair lacrosse.
