Did you know Lacrosse has an exciting game format that is super easy for teachers and students to learn? This practical session will guide teachers through engaging, game-based activities to teach the basic skills and rules of Lacrosse. Learning Objective
The learner will be able to confidently teach the basics of lacrosse (catch, throw, scoop, carry, and shoot), understand and implement the rules of lacrosse in small-sided activities and games, and understand the history of this unique, territory (invasion) game, the current participation pathways for schools and students in Victoria, and the future participation pathways internationally (including the Olympic pathway).
