haun is a sport development leader with a strong focus on participation, education and inclusive program design. He leads the national delivery of Squash Stars, a game-based program that supports children to build movement skills, confidence and social connection through physical activity.

With over 15 years of experience in sport development, Shaun specialises in designing programs and resources that engage schools, support teacher capability and connect communities through sport. His work focuses on creating practical, evidence-informed approaches that prioritise student experience, inclusion and lifelong participation.

Shaun was a member of the Project Steering Group for Australia's national sport participation strategy, Play Well, and continues to champion its principles through his work. He regularly collaborates with educators and system partners to embed movement, social and emotional learning into physical education, and is passionate about making sport more accessible, supportive and sustainable for all.
