Scarlett Dunell is the School Programs and Deployment Lead at AFL Victoria, a role she has held for the past 18 months. In this position, she leads the implementation and delivery of AFL Schools programs across the state, working to embed football into school communities in meaningful ways. Before joining AFL Victoria, Scarlett worked as a primary school teacher for two years, gaining firsthand experience in the classroom and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the primary education sector. Her passion for education and sport drives her commitment to helping schools use AFL as a vehicle for student engagement, physical literacy, and community connection.
