As the Lead of the Innovation Design Team at Dementia Australia, Kelly oversees the development of digital solutions aimed at addressing the complex challenges associated with dementia.
The team use technologies such as virtual reality, AI, and digital applications to create tools, including BrainTrack, that support better understanding, early detection of change, and improved care outcomes. This work is supported by ongoing research and evaluation to ensure solutions are effective and grounded in practice. Drawing on her background as a Cognition Nurse Consultant, Kelly brings a strong clinical perspective, with a focus on real world needs and end-user experience.
