Accommodation at Rydges is be available to book via the registration form. Accommodation must be prepaid with registration.

All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST. All rates include breakfast.
Single rooms rates are per night. Twin room rates are per person, per night, room must be shared with a conference delegate.
Both delegates must select the same room type and pay the listed amount.
King room with breakfast $280.00 per night
Twin room with breakfast $160.00 per person, per night. Must be sharing with another paying delegate.
Please note that twin rooms are 2 single beds and the rooms are the same size as the king rooms. The beds are in close proximity, please keep in mind if booking!
Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be in writing to the conference organiser info@theconferencemanager.com.au.
Conference Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund of the registration cost less $100.00 handling fee. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date.
Accommodation cancellations will be subject to a minimum fee of one nights accommodation. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid (full payment will be required).
Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration, non payment does not constitute a cancellation.
