The Principals’ Association of Specialist Schools (PASS) is the leading professional association representing the voices of educational leaders in Victorian special education. We advocate for all leaders in Department of Education (DE) schools for students with disabilities and are a recognised partner of the DE, actively supporting and contributing to its initiatives.
