Morning - Wednesday 2 December
This pre-conference workshop aims to equip students and early career researchers with the foundational academic skills needed to navigate their professional journeys.
- The morning opens from 10.30 to 11.30 am with a session on research dissemination led by Jo Hikaka, Mary Breheny, and Susan Gee, highlighting effective, impactful ways to share study findings across Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Following this, Richard Wright will lead a targeted session from 11.30 am to 12.00 pm on writing research funding applications to help emerging scholars secure financial backing for their work.
Conference dinner - hāngī-style feast at Haere-roa
Join us on Thursday evening for a hāngī-style dinner at Haere-roa, the UCSA building on campus alongside the Ōtākaro Avon River.
