This session will introduce attendees to Implementation Science and explain how AERO's deliberate and structured approach to implementation can be used to sustain evidence-based teaching practices in schools.  The session will also include targeted guidance for principals and assistant principals leading implementation efforts in schools, drawing on insights from AERO's Learning Partner project.
