Jaclyn Bevan is a recent graduate and emerging Health, Physical Education and Mathematics teacher, passionate about experiential learning, outdoor education, and student wellbeing. She is committed to building student resilience, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating engaging learning environments where young people can thrive. She recognises that teacher wellbeing is integral to student wellbeing and, having witnessed mentors and colleagues unknowingly experience manospheric comments throughout her teaching placements, is passionate about building educators’ capacity to recognise and respond to derogatory language.
