Since leaving the classroom, she has worked in behaviour change programs for nearly 10 years, delivering workshops for students, teachers and school leaders on topics including discrimination, stereotypes, racism, and practical strategies for safe and effective intervention. Karen is passionate about youth advocacy, behaviour change, and creating environments where people feel confident to speak up and support others.
