Stephanie Pearce is one of the Curriculum Leads for Schools at the National Rugby League (NRL), where she leads the design and development of research-informed education programs that connect movement, sport and learning. With experience across both the NRL and the Australian Football League (AFL), Stephanie brings a unique cross-code perspective to sport-based education and the role movement can play in engaging young people.
A former primary/physical education teacher and curriculum specialist, Stephanie is passionate about translating contemporary research into practical strategies that help educators create inclusive, engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Her work focuses on game-based learning, constraints-led approaches and innovative curriculum design that develops confident movers, thinkers and decision-makers through play.
