He has extensive experience in curriculum design and teacher support, including four years at Cricket Australia as National Schools Lead, where he developed high-quality, curriculum-aligned resources for schools nationwide. Sean now leads the Professional Excellence Team at Active Education Australia, creating practical, engaging, and evidence-informed resources to support teachers.

Beyond education, he is an internationally competitive triathlete, regularly racing worldwide and bringing discipline, resilience, and a performance mindset to both his sport and professional practice.
