Delwyn brings extensive knowledge of schools and educational systems, gained through more than 20 years as a senior Physics and Mathematics teacher in both government and independent secondary schools. Over the past three years, she has worked with Rowing Victoria, where she has combined her educational expertise with her passion for rowing at all levels. In this role, she has supported high-performance athletes and helped create pathways for newcomers to discover and engage with the sport.
