Heather O’Donnell is a public health program, project and policy coordinator with substantial experience working in and across state and local government and the not-for-profit sector. She is the Community Systems Manager at Quit Victoria, where she leads a team that aims to engage community groups and those providing services to communities, to support prevention and cessation of smoking and vaping. By working in partnership with stakeholders, building workforce capacity and taking a systems-based approach, her program will drive systems level change to enable equitable reductions in tobacco and vape-related harm across community systems and with priority populations.
