Lauren Munday is a Health and Physical Education teacher, former VFLW vice captain and the founder of Think Set Go, a mindset and goal achievement program supporting students, athletes and educators. With over 15 years' experience in Melbourne schools and a background in Indigenous education, Lauren combines real-world teaching with research-based strategies in mindset, motivation and performance.

She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and in 2024, published the book, 'Mastering Your Mind for Success'.

Lauren is passionate about delivering engaging workshops, coaching and professional development for schools and sporting organisations, helping young people build confidence, resilience and the tools to pursue meaningful goals in today’s ever-changing world.
