A qualified secondary teacher in Physical Education and Science, Karen has worked across diverse settings—including schools, not-for-profit organisations, and state government—designing and delivering programs that empower individuals and strengthen social cohesion.

In her current role as Education Manager at Courage to Care, Karen supports teachers and volunteers to engage students in meaningful conversations about identity, empathy, and social responsibility.
