Carla Caminiti is a passionate and experienced Health and Physical Education educator with over a decade of teaching experience across VCE and VET programs. Currently the Leading Teacher – Careers at Frankston High School, Carla brings a deep commitment to student engagement, real-world learning, and pathways-focused curriculum design.

Carla has led the development and delivery of the VET Sport and Recreation program at her school, with a focus on practical, industry-aligned learning that supports student agency and future readiness. Known for her innovative and hands-on approach to teaching, she has designed a wide range of resources and assessment strategies that bring the VET curriculum to life.

As a leader in curriculum and careers education, Carla works closely with teams to strengthen cross-curricular connections and empower young people to make informed, confident decisions about their futures.
