The session also unpacks recent research and key recommendations for schools managing concussion, offering practical insights for implementing effective protocols within school sport programs.

Learning Objective
This session will give teachers a better understanding of why brain health matters in PE and sport. It will explore practical ways to keep the brain healthy and protected through simple games and activities that can be used in class. Teachers will also look at how these games help students learn about their own brain health, and pick up some useful ideas for managing and reducing the risk of concussion in school sport.
