Participants will be introduced to the sport of Pickleball through a Game Sense approach, focusing on tactical awareness and decision-making. The session will cover the basic rules and skills of the game, along with fun warm-up activities, modified scoring options, and group-based challenges.
Learning Objective
Participants will leave the session with a solid understanding of how to play and score Pickleball, along with a range of drills and game-based activities they can easily incorporate into any net/wall unit.
