This practical, highly interactive session will present ten of the most successful energiser/warm-up activities as featured on playmeo, the world's largest online database of group games. Emphasis on outrageously fun, highly interactive and very simple activities, many of which do not require equipment and appeal to all ages.
Mark will present all of the activities and discuss how they can be easily integrated into HPE and outdoor education classes to not only warm up students and generate energy, but also develop critical interpersonal skills.
