Join us for an energising and inclusive bike ride designed to showcase the power of cycling in promoting physical literacy, fitness, and fun. This interactive session will take participants on a guided ride exploring local bike paths, with a focus on skill development, safety, and confidence building for all ability levels. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just getting back on the bike, this session is about connecting movement with learning.

Participants will experience first-hand how cycling can be used as a practical tool to support health and physical education outcomes. The ride will include activities and discussions around inclusive teaching strategies, bike handling skills, and how to foster lifelong engagement in active transport and recreational riding.

Discover how cycling can be integrated into school programs to inspire students, build resilience, and support holistic wellbeing. Bikes and helmets provided if required – just bring your enthusiasm!
