Dr. Upasana Baruah is a Research Fellow at the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI), Melbourne, in the Division of Social Gerontology. A psychiatric social worker and translational researcher, she has over 15 years of experience in mental health, ageing, and dementia care. Her work focuses on culturally adaptable, evidence-based, and digital interventions for carers and families. She currently manages the e-DiVA project, and is passionate about bridging research, practice, and policy in global dementia care.
