Holly Sparrow is Executive Manager, Strategic Projects at ARIIA (Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia). ARIIA supports and empowers aged care workers, leaders and service providers to make positive changes that are innovative, evidence-based and sustainable. With a degree in psychology and extensive experience across organisational strategy, human resources, project implementation, and change management, Holly manages large-scale strategic projects at ARIIA and has played a key role in establishing and facilitating ARIIA’s workforce capability programs. Holly combines her love of people, projects and purpose to make a positive difference to the aged care workforce and the lives of older people.
