Kelly Ottosen MHealthSc(Nurs), GCertNurs(CritCare), BN(Hons) is a Lecturer at Monash University in the Postgraduate Certificate in Intensive Care program. She is currently undertaking a PhD focused on patient engagement and medication safety during transitions of care. Kelly’s career spans clinical practice, postgraduate education, and health services research, with particular interests in patient empowerment, transitions of care, and improving outcomes for older adults.
