Heather Newell, MComms
Heather is a mature, doctoral student at Massey University, New Zealand, with an interest in older people, their organisations and the intersection with AI. Heather is identifying the points of leverage that emerge from older people and organisation’s imaginaries that may ensure a more inclusive future for older people.
Heather currently works in the community sector with organisations that promote digital inclusion for older people. Her past history includes 21 years in local government and 30 years consulting in the nfp sector.
