Natalija Nesvadba, BA. National Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Regis Aged Care. Natalija Nesvadba is the National Manager, Diversity and Inclusion at Regis Aged Care, where she leads the design and delivery of practical initiatives that strengthen inclusive practice across workforce systems and care environments. She has over 20 years experience in diversity and inclusion across the health, aged care and disability sectors, with a strong focus on translating policy and organisational commitments into everyday practice. As a first generation migrant and former refugee, Natalija brings a personal commitment to inclusive and respectful care and workforce practices that respond thoughtfully to people’s lived experiences. Her work has been recognised through several awards including the Victorian Multicultural Awards for Excellence.
