Erica Liu is a Lecturer (Education-focused) in Accounting at Monash University, specialising in Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and technology-enhanced education. She completed her PhD in AIS at Monash in 2024. Erica has experience in unit leadership and curriculum design across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Xero) and digital tools to enhance student learning.

Her research focuses on educational technology and the use of emerging technologies in education. Her work has received the HSBC Finance Educator Award at the 38th Australasian Finance and Banking Conference (2025), recognising its contribution to innovation in finance education and assessment.
