Frank is an experienced educator and academic at RMIT University. With over 12 years’ experience, Frank has taught in a broad range of courses and programs in accounting. Research interests remain in small practice accountants, accounting education, sustainability accounting, and the effect of technology and AI on business and the professional workforce.

Frank has published work in both journals and textbook on ESG performance, AI & machine learning algorithm use in sustainability performance and the effects AI may have on future workforce dynamics.

Frank has over 9 years’ experience in establishing and operating his own business in the telecommunications industry, with learned experience in decision making and strategy from a business management context.
