Paul Campbell is an experienced educator, author, business owner and keynote speaker with more than twenty years working across the education and leadership landscape. Beginning as a classroom teacher and progressing to Assistant Principal before taking the leap and leaving the education sector, Paul has built a strong reputation for helping leaders create connected, high-performing teams grounded in trust, connection, and a shared sense of purpose.
As Director of The School of Play, Paul works with leadership teams across multiple sectors, from schools to organisations to elite sporting clubs, supporting them to strengthen culture, improve communication, and lead in ways that are human-centred and deeply relational. His recent work with the Collingwood Football Club highlights his ability to influence leadership practice in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
