On behalf of the organising committee and the TPA Executive, I invite you to register for the 2027 Tasmanian Educational Leaders Conference - presented by the Tasmanian Principals Association, with the theme Less Noise, More Impact: Simplify to Amplify.
We feel this will call to what is at the core of every leader and educator; that is, the opportunity to engage in provocations, deep learning and conversations central to our core work as school leaders. Your conference experience begins with the Welcome Reception at the paranaple Centre. Join us on the first evening to reconnect with colleagues, establish new connections, and set the tone for an inspiring and collaborative few days ahead.
The presenters and structure of the keynote presentations and workshops have been carefully considered to align with the theme of the conference, with a focus on ‘extending your learning’, deliberately incorporated into the program and managed by our Conference Facilitator, Summer Howarth, so leaders come away with a shift in thinking and professional practice.
Devonport provides the perfect destination, with the surrounding accommodation, facilities (and we all know the best weather in Tasmania!) we are confident we have a program of memorable learning and networking opportunities across the two and a half days. From bush walks to bike tracks, and galleries to gin distilleries, we hope you will also take the time to enjoy the beauty, culture and history of the surrounding area of the North West Coast.
The conference website will be updated as planning proceeds, so be sure to check it regularly. In the meantime, register now to enjoy the Early Bird Rate.
