This workshop provides a deeper dive into some elements of the Compassionship^TM model - exploring the 3 C’s of compassionate change, integrated development domains and vertical evolution of our leadership logic. Through wise deployment of various leadership competencies (including masculine and feminine energies and integrated intelligences), this approach supports thriving teams, resilient workplaces, and connected communities to harmonise performance with emotional insight and ensuring it is all driven by purpose, accountability, and adaptability.
