Sarai Lawson is a Sport4All Inclusion Coach working across Northern Tasmania, supporting communities including Launceston, West Tamar, Meander Valley, Central Coast, and Burnie.

With a background in education and community services, Sarai brings experience working with young people and delivering creative community programs. Her work is grounded in helping people understand that inclusion is shaped not just by access, but by behaviours, attitudes, and culture.

Sarai’s lived experience, including navigating autism and chronic health challenges, informs her approach. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel connected, supported, and able to participate in communities that matter to them.
