Brendon Gale is a respected leader in Australian sport, having transitioned from an AFL playing career with Richmond to senior executive leadership. After practising law, he became CEO of the AFL Players Association before returning to Richmond as CEO in 2009. During his tenure, he helped guide the club through one of the most successful and transformative periods in its history, strengthening its culture, facilities, community impact and long-term sustainability. Brendon is also recognised for his commitment to leadership, diversity and governance, having served on a number of boards across the sporting and corporate sectors.
