Jess Harris is an experienced educator, speaker and leadership facilitator with over 15 years’ experience in educational innovation, curriculum leadership and teacher development. Having worked for over 10 years with VCAA, she was responsible for statewide curriculum and assessment development and rollout in the areas of Health and Physical Education, and English. Jess supports the Masters of Teaching program as a lecturer at Federation University, while strengthening student capacity through her Learning Enrichment role at St John’s Lutheran School, Kingaroy. Jess founded the HOPE Network, a thriving professional learning community for Health, Outdoor & Physical Education teachers, and she also has elite sports experience, having been Campus Manager for the Albury-Wodonga Richmond Institute of Sports Leadership during Richmond’s premiership years. Jess delivers keynotes and workshops that combine research, storytelling and practical strategies to help educators reconnect with their purpose, build sustainable leadership, and create meaningful impact in their schools.
