This keynote will focus on the connection between trauma and communication breakdowns in schools, offering practical conversation tools to build resilience while maintaining healthy boundaries and encouraging student agency. Participants will be given a clear framework that can be shared across their schools to support effective communication between all staff and students to counteract the impacts of stress, trauma, and adverse life circumstances.
