Debbie de Lacy is Associate Principal at the School of Special Educational Needs: Medical and Mental Health (SSEN: MMH), Western Australia. An experienced educational leader, she supports the development and coordination of statewide initiatives supporting students with complex medical and mental health needs. As the education lead within the Rare Care Centre partnership, she works across health and education systems to strengthen inclusive practice and build educator capability, enabling students living with rare and undiagnosed diseases to connect, learn and thrive.
