Over 27 years, he has worked across schools and health settings in WA and the UK. Caleb co-developed the Liaise Educate Transition Support (LETS) Model for students with health conditions, redefining hospital schools to focus on continuity of education. Co-author of Glucose Metrics During School Hours for Students’ living with Type 1 Diabetes, JPCH (2026), Levelling Education Outcomes for Students with Medical and Mental Health Needs, CiE (2020) and other research. Caleb advocates for student’s connection to their enrolling school, learning continuity and wrap around support so that students can overcome adversity and thrive in life.
