Jess Frost is an experienced educator with a passion for supporting the learning and wellbeing of young people. Having worked across a range of educational settings, including mainstream and alternative education environments, she brings a breadth of experience and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students.

As an educator at Monash Children's Hospital School, Jess is passionate about supporting students to remain connected to their education during periods of illness and hospitalisation. She has particular expertise in VCE and works closely with students, families, medical teams, and home schools to support students' successful participation in VCE studies while managing complex health challenges.

A strong advocate for student-centred practice, Jess values building positive relationships and creating learning environments where students feel safe, supported, and capable of success. She is passionate about fostering curiosity, resilience, and self-belief, and takes pride in supporting young people to overcome challenges, recognise their strengths, and achieve their individual goals.
