Stella Hemingway is a Youth Chronic Illness, Disability and Lived Experience Advocate from regional Victoria. Drawing on her own experiences navigating complex health conditions, she is passionate about improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for young people living with chronic illness and disability.

Stella works alongside healthcare services, advisory groups and community organisations to promote more accessible, person-centred care. She is particularly passionate about peer support, healthcare transition, and addressing the impacts of chronic illness beyond the hospital setting.

Outside of advocacy, Stella enjoys riding her horses, playing wheelchair basketball, and contributing to her local rural community.
