Anna is a teacher at Monash Children's Hospital School, where she works in the Stepping Stones unit — a secure adolescent mental health ward at Monash Children's Hospital. A secondary teacher by training, she specialises in English and European languages.

Anna brings broad experience across education and welfare settings. She has taught in a range of Melbourne schools, contributed to policy development at the Department of Education Victoria, and held assessor roles with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority. She has also worked in student wellbeing and in support of young people living in out-of-home care.

For the past three years, Anna has been part of the Stepping Stones team, where she has worked to strengthen the culture of collaboration between teaching staff and the multidisciplinary team. Her practice reflects a conviction that education, embedded within a clinical setting, can be a meaningful and active contributor to the care and recovery of young people.
