TeamKids is a leading Australian provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), partnering with primary schools to deliver Before School Care, After School Care, Pupil Free Day Programs and Vacation Care.
Founded in Melbourne in 2011, TeamKids exists to enrich children's lives through engaging experiences, meaningful relationships and high-quality care. Today, TeamKids supports thousands of children and families across Australia through programs designed to be fun, inclusive, safe and developmentally enriching.
What sets TeamKids apart is our commitment to quality and school partnerships. Every service is led by a dedicated full-time Director of Service, supported by a comprehensive operational structure that includes Regional Managers, Quality & Compliance specialists, Child Wellbeing and Inclusion professionals, and dedicated Partnership Managers.
TeamKids has achieved a strong record under the National Quality Framework, with 100% of assessed services receiving either Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standard since July 2017, and no service ever receiving a Working Towards rating.
