Name
Schoolyard Greenprint Project - Health Research Institute
Description
Profile The ‘Schoolyard Greenprint’ is a research study investigating how outdoor school space design can better support teenagers as they navigate the emotional, social and physical changes that accompany adolescence. Led by the Health Research Institute at University of Canberra, this work undertook a national conversation around the value and role of schoolyard spaces within secondary school environments. At the 2026 ASPA National Summit we will be continuing these discussions by sharing our approach and findings from our 2-year project as we work toward finalising the Schoolyard Greenprint in mid-2026.
