Kate is the Head of the Stakeholder Relations team at Netball Victoria. She has also worked in the Facilities and Infrastructure team at Netball Victoria prior to this role and supported the development and implementation of the Netball Victoria Statewide Facilities Strategy 2026-2028. Kate is President of Stonnington City Netball Association and is a passionate advocate for community sport and the power of team sport to enhance community, connection, mental health and wellbeing.
In addition, Kate is also a Director of her own consulting business, Jordan Bridge Pty Ltd.
Kate has been involved in several startups and also worked for several global businesses including IBM & PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is an experienced management consultant and project manager with 15 years consulting in large scale strategic change projects, human resources, organisational analysis and design, performance management, cultural transformation and communication & team development across a broad range of clients and industries in the Asia Pacific Region. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner and is now adding community sport and advocacy and to the list of her skills and experience.
