Simon Rodder is the General Manager - Community at Melbourne Victory Football Club, where he leads the Club's social impact and community engagement initiatives. With more than 15 years' experience across sport, education and the community sector, Simon started his career in sport at the Australian Sports Commission in roles that developed products and programs that increased the rate of physical activity of young people. Following that Simon held leadership roles at Special Olympics Australia, the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation and the Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMSport). Simon is passionate about using sport to develop pro-social skills, strengthen inclusion and improve outcomes for children, young people and marginalised communities.
